Heading south towards the Dixie Center, there’s great news for food lovers. The Guadalajara Bar and Grill recently passed its final construction inspection and is on the verge of opening. They’re planning to have a soft launch by the end of this month.

The Performing Arts Campus (PAC) recently completed its full build-out after finishing the first phase some time ago. They are hosting their grand opening on April 16th from 4 to 8 PM. This campus will work in tandem with the St. George Musical Theater, providing a venue for performances, rehearsals, and community arts events.

All six old theaters in the complex have been repurposed into diverse performance spaces, breathing new life into the historic buildings.

As for the main St. George Musical Theater building, the underground work is complete, and vertical construction is now underway. The new theater will be a 20,000 square foot facility with seating for 400 patrons, designed as a theater-in-the-round. This innovative layout will enhance audience engagement and provide a unique experience for both performers and attendees.
